Design Solution

Logo Philosophy The Merakie logo design captures the essence of elegance and durability by blending strong typography with a symbol of craftsmanship. A carefully crafted, minimalist icon was developed, symbolizing a leatherworking tool subtly integrated within the brand’s initials. This design represents Merakie’s commitment to the art and soul put into each piece. The color palette uses deep, earthy tones that evoke warmth, richness, and natural beauty, reflecting the brand's ties to leatherwork. Brand Research and Discovery

To establish Merakie’s identity, I began by researching the values that define luxury leather goods craftsmanship, durability, authenticity, and style. We initiated the branding process by identifying keywords that would reflect Merakie’s soul-driven philosophy. By brainstorming attributes, we homed in on Merakie’s core themes artisanal skill, creativity, timelessness, and love for the craft.
